Terms of Service
These terms govern use of buddha.capital, Wallet Buddha physical hardware orders, documentation, support, and the Android application.
1. Acceptance
By using this website, submitting a hardware order enquiry, or installing the Wallet Buddha Android application, you agree to these terms. Do not use the services if you do not agree.
2. Company and product scope
WALLET BUDDHA LLC provides the Wallet Buddha physical NFC hardware wallet card, a limited Android application, documentation, order administration, and product support. The company does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice.
3. Orders and availability
Displayed hardware costs are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. A website enquiry is not final acceptance. An order becomes binding only after written confirmation of availability, final charges, delivery terms, and acceptance by WALLET BUDDHA LLC.
The current static website does not collect checkout credentials. Delivery charges, taxes, duties, and any required settlement instructions are confirmed separately.
4. Returns and warranty
Returns are governed by the Refund Policy. Because hardware wallets are security-sensitive products, change-of-mind returns generally require tamper-evident packaging to remain unopened. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Security responsibilities
You are responsible for protecting recovery words, private keys, card PINs, passwords, passphrases, backup materials, and physical access to the NFC card. WALLET BUDDHA LLC cannot access or restore secret material.
6. Android application licence
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the official Android application for its intended hardware support functions. You may not bypass security controls, distribute modified versions, impersonate the app, or misuse company marks.
7. Third-party platforms
The product may depend on third-party operating systems, mobile phones, delivery providers, or compatible software. Their terms and privacy practices apply separately, and compatibility can change.
8. Disclaimers
Except for express written warranties and rights that cannot be excluded, the website, documentation, app, and product information are provided “as is” and “as available.” No hardware product can eliminate every risk arising from physical misplacement, theft, malware, coercion, user error, or third-party failure.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WALLET BUDDHA LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damage, unavailable data, damage caused by disclosure or misplacement of secret material, or third-party product failure.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, subject to mandatory consumer law. Courts in King County, Washington have jurisdiction where legally permitted.
